They started a small vegetable patch to help feed the kids, but with no reliable water they could only grow a few vegetables.

Now with a PlayPump they can grow more vegetables, giving the kids a healthy meal at lunch time and teach the kids how to grow vegetables.

A generous organization in the United States of American has also funded a larger vegetable patch, under netting to protect the vegetables for the extreme weather. Seeds have been donated and spinach, betroot and other vegetables are being grown.

???????????????????????
